Submit an Abstract
Graduate students and postdoctoral researchers from Purdue or Northwestern University are invited to submit an abstract for a proposed seminar talk. Seminar talks can address any biological question but should feature a computational approach. Talks on novel bioinformatics tools or methods are also welcome.
Submission Materials
The following are required for consideration:
- Name
- University
- School
- Department
- Title
- Keywords: Up to six.
- Research Abstract: Limited to 250 words; describe the research, findings, impact, and computational methods used.
Abstracts will be reviewed by a committee of faculty and research computing staff from both institutions. If selected, you’ll be invited as a seminar speaker.
Seminars are held over Zoom on Fridays at 11 AM ET / 10 AM CT. See the seminar schedule for upcoming dates. Please ensure you’re available at least one of those dates before submitting.
